For me, New Pilates by AD is not just a form of exercise, but a conscious journey towards harmony between body and mind. As an instructor, my goal is to help people experience the lightness of movement, the power of correct posture, and the inner calm that comes from regular practice. I believe that everyone can discover their own strength and flexibility if they give themselves the space to grow.
What motivates you?
Improving people’s quality of life – seeing my students’ posture, strength, and confidence grow day by day, class by class.
My love for movement – Pilates is not just a workout, but a mindful and harmonious way of using the body, which energises me as well. That’s why in every class I aim to create positive energy, a sense of community, and a supportive, cheerful atmosphere.
I’m also motivated by my own growth, as every class helps me develop as an instructor – in communication, creativity, and movement culture.

The exercises will help you strengthen your core, improve your posture, and enhance your flexibility, while learning to listen to your breath and your body’s signals.
By the end of the class, you’ll feel not only physically stronger, but also mentally refreshed and more balanced.
Zsuzsi competed in triathlons in primary school, played volleyball and danced during high school.
After that, she found her place among heavy weights in the gym – but after a while her joints began to ache, so she added yoga as a form of “rest”.
When she heard about Pilates, she was instantly drawn to it and realised she wanted to share with others the feeling, strength, calm, and self-control it gives. Through New Pilates by AD, she discovered that this method is far more complex than any other Reformer Pilates.
