What's your New Pilates by AD story?

I have recently become increasingly interested in the world of functional training and Pilates. The way in which these training methods can be used to tone the whole body muscles and develop the core muscles in a particularly effective way is very appealing and special to me – which is why I took the New Pilates by AD instructor training.

What motivates you?

My aim is to provide my guests with long-term, lifelong guidance on healthy living, nutrition and sport, as well as to educate them about the stress-relieving, positive effects of exercise on our well-being and self-confidence.

What can participants expect in your class?

At my classes, I like my clients to have fun in addition to an effective workout, so they leave satisfied and not feeling that the workout is a “must do”, but that they love it and enjoy it. In addition, I welcome everyone!

Meet Orsolya!

Orsolya has always loved sports, running, horse riding, going to the gym, trying out the latest training methods. She had been thinking about a career in this field for some time when she decided to enrol in a fitness instructor training course a few years ago. As she was interested in everything related to this world and a healthy lifestyle, she then went on to complete training as a personal trainer, nutritionist, sports nutrition and supplementation, as well as pre- and post-natal trainer.
