My journey has been shaped by my love of movement and working with children. I’ve been active in sports since childhood, and I’ve always known I wanted a career where I could work with kids. That’s why I’ve consciously developed myself in this direction.
At AD Kids, I found the point where my passion and my profession meet. For me, it’s a mission: helping children fall in love with movement in a playful and enjoyable way, improving their body awareness, and building a lifelong positive relationship with a healthy lifestyle.
What motivates you?
What motivates me is knowing that I can have an impact on children’s development—both physically and mentally. I truly believe that movement is a source of joy, and I want to share that experience with as many children as possible.
I’m especially inspired by their progress: seeing them become more confident, improve their movement and posture, and arrive at my classes with a smile on their faces.
What can participants expect in your class?
An experience where movement feels like play and development happens naturally. My classes are dynamic, creative, and tailored to each age group.
Children improve without even noticing it—their posture, coordination, and concentration all develop while they’re having fun. At the end of every session, they leave with a sense of achievement, feeling not just pleasantly tired, but energised and motivated.
