After my COVID disease, I was looking for another form of exercise due to my prolonged joint pain and lack of strength, and that’s how I found this new type of PILATES, New Pilates by AD. I really liked it because my joint pain was gone, I got my strength back and I was even able to do effective workouts with it. Since then I have been using it regularly for strength training.
What motivates you?
I would like to promote this form of exercise in Miskolc, so I was very happy to learn from Anna Decker, the head of the New Pilates by AD studio and receive specific Pilates instructor training!
What can participants expect in your class?
I recommend it to everyone, you can start at any fitness level. You can make rapid progress and easily fit it into your schedule. I look forward to welcoming you to my classes!
