After the birth of my second child, I was looking for a form of exercise that could help ease my recurring lower back pain and help me regain my athletic, lean physique. After trying several types of sports, I visited the New Pilates by AD studio — and after just one session, I fell in love with the versatility of this method. Now, not a day goes by without movement. What’s more, my back pain has completely disappeared.
What motivates you?
In today’s fast-paced world, I want to offer those who seek movement a full hour of true relaxation — a time when they can focus solely on themselves and their bodies. This one hour can truly be everyone’s ‘me-time.’ I do everything I can to ensure my guests leave with a sense of achievement and look forward to their next Pilates session.
What can participants expect in your class?
I welcome my guests with dynamic, full-body, personalized sessions where I take each individual’s physical condition into account. Stretching plays an important role at the end of each class, helping to relax both the body and the mind.
Alongside her studies, Ancsi left behind a 7-year international modeling career to start a family with her husband. She worked as a family and newborn photographer, and running their café filled her everyday life. She loves traveling, reading, and spending as much time as possible with her young children.
