I first encountered the classic form of Pilates more than 15 years ago when I was looking for a form of exercise after childbirth that would help strengthen deep muscles and increase flexibility without putting strain on the joints. Then a post came across my eye that a New Pilates by AD studio was opening in Miskolc and that there was an opportunity to apply for instructor training. It was love at first sight, I immediately felt I wanted to be a part of it.
What motivates you?
It was always in the back of my mind to have a job where I didn’t have to play chess wondering how I could fit in regular exercise. The best time is always right now – that’s why I applied for the instructor training. And the fact that I can do all this to help others achieve more than they think possible is incredibly inspiring.
What can participants expect in your class?
The strength, flexibility and stamina you will develop through regular exercise will not only boost your confidence, but also have a surprising effect on the quality of your everyday life.

Anita’s basic principle is that if something really and deeply attracts her, she doesn’t look for the ideal moment to start – and that’s how her career at New Pilates by AD began. She believes that focusing and paying attention to oneself is something that is a luxury these days, when we are constantly focused and trying to respond to the external events that are happening around us at a fast pace – which is why she really enjoys teaching classes, because then both she and her clients can focus completely on themselves.
