Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have been active since childhood, always searching for forms of exercise that not only build strength but also energise and uplift. A few years ago, I tried New Pilates by AD, and from the very first session I knew I had found something special. I fell in love with it instantly.
Later, life brought a short break, but this year I returned — and with it, I returned to that inner strength this form of movement gives me. I never imagined that one day I would want to teach, but when I felt that deep “I know in my gut that I’m in the right place” feeling again, it became clear: this is something I want to pass on to others.
For me, New Pilates by AD has become much more than a sport — it is a journey, and a place where I truly feel at home.
What motivates you?
What motivates me is the belief that it truly doesn’t matter how old you are, where you’re starting from, or what stage of life you’re in — movement always has the power to breathe new life into both your body and your soul.
I’m inspired when I see someone progressing day by day, growing stronger, and eventually believing in themselves and their own capabilities. For me, movement has always been more than just a workout; it’s an opportunity to become a little better every day. This is what I want to share with everyone who practises with me.
What can participants expect in your class?
In my classes, you can expect dynamic yet consciously structured movement, where the deep muscles are truly engaged while the joints remain protected. I believe that strength and lightness can exist at the same time when the body is challenged intelligently.
I offer a workout where you:
– build strength without overloading your body,
– work deeply while maintaining fluid, light movement,
– improve your posture, stability, and body awareness.
My goal is that by the end of the class you not only feel physically stronger, but also mentally recharged — because Pilates provides energy, calmness, and inner strength all at once.
And of course, be prepared: by the end of the session, you’ll be dripping with sweat. My classes are challenging, intense, yet joint-friendly — workouts that work you deeply while always taking care of your body.
For Anita, movement is not simply exercise, but a source of energy, balance, and renewal — life wouldn’t feel complete without it. She lives and eats consciously, believing that health is our greatest asset, and that harmony between body and mind can only be maintained through awareness, discipline, and regular movement.
Alongside fitness, she found in Pilates the form of exercise that focuses on deep muscles, stability, and body awareness, while preserving femininity. For her, sport is the key to youthfulness, vitality, and inner balance — and New Pilates by AD is the environment where all of this comes together.
