REFORMER CLASS

In this class, we will not only perform the classic reformer exercises, but we will also use the New Pilates by AD special spring appendages and the SissiTower – a combination that allows us to perform our unique AD exercises.
In our Reformer classes, it is also possible to perform the SissiFormer exercise on our iconic machine.

FUSION CLASS

The fusion class is a combined class type that includes both the classic floor Pilates exercises and their unique New Pilates by AD variations using the ceiling rubber band. These are complemented by the use of our Fusion Tower machine, a special spring wall/chamber wall/ballet bar fusion that offers an amazingly creative workout.

LADDER CHAIR CLASS

Our proprietary machine is an advanced version of the classic Pilates chair, designed to perform exercises on spring resistance. The Ladder Chair gets its name from the fact that the pedal can be set to a stable “ladder” function, so you can climb to different heights, giving you an intense cardio workout that also relieves the strain on your spine and knees thanks to the handholds.

MIX CLASS

Our mix classes are the most varied classes, as we have several exercises in different rooms within one hour. In these classes, we combine not only the use of our machines, but also the movement sequences to provide the most effective and exciting training experience.

SENIOR CLASS

Carefully designed exercises for over 60s, with particular emphasis on spinal mobilisation, balance and breathing.
The class consists of less dynamic exercises that are easier to perform and follow. The emphasis is on developing the proprioceptive system, which protects against potential injuries in the elderly.

NEW PILATES BY AD - FOR MEN

Designed specifically for men, our classes include core-strengthening exercises such as boxing moves, rowing, hanging and swimming. These exercises are designed to build balance and symmetry in the body, leading to wellbeing and real strength. An excellent complement to any sport.

TEEN - KIDS CLASS

All the benefits of Pilates have been dressed up in a special robe to make it more attractive and effective for children.
Dancing to music, stretches adapted from yoga, gymnastics and ballet are all subtly interspersed throughout the programme. So during the class, we focus on postural elements and deep muscle development through Pilates, but all in a playful, liberating way.
We currently have classes for two age groups: 6-9 year olds and 10-13 year olds.

WHAT CHARACTERISES EACH TYPE OF CLASS?

We are always mindful of the fitness level of our guests – we will provide facilitated exercises if necessary.

The AD Method is excellent for relieving (non-acute) spinal problems, preventing sports injuries by strengthening the torso, and reducing the risk of falls through balance exercises.

Exercises strengthen and stretch the muscles simultaneously, also perfect for toning and tightening the muscles.

The emphasis is on breathing, controlled, precise execution and the use of short cardio exercises.
