As an aerialist and gym enthusiastic person, through New Pilates AD, I find a balance between these two sports. Pilates brings me control, precision and flexibility. It heals me from inside out.
What motivates you?
I would like to explore my potential , and do my best to help participants to achieve a better self.
What can participants expect in your class?
At my New Pilates AD classes, by exercising the deep muscle, I aim to improve participant’s posture, achieve body balance, strengthen body muscle strength and flexibility, and relieve muscle and joint stress.
