An accident has shown me how easy it is to get injured without well- structured, regular exercise. It was during rehabilitation that I found Pilates and was introduced to Anna Decker and her energetic method, which for the first time in a long time made me feel really mobile without being overwhelmed by the movement. Regular Pilates has allowed hiking, cycling and swimming to become part of my life again.
What motivates you?
I believe that by working together we can help each other achieve our goals and that a good class can bring out the best in everyone. Moving together encourages endurance and gives us many happy moments.
What can participants expect in your class?
New Pilates brings us closer to our own nature, and as we push our limits, a mind-body-spirit balance is created. I welcome anyone who wants to improve and maintain their flexibility, grace and dynamic strength in the long term.
Katalin has been most active in swimming and athletics, while hiking across Europe. She has always been attracted by dynamic, flexible movement forms – this is how she discovered the New Pilates by AD method.
As a landscape architect, she is passionate about the outdoors, inspired by everything from historic gardens to wildflower meadows in the mountains – a positive outlook on life she tries to pass on to all her guests.
