What's your New Pilates by AD story?

I came across Pilates not so long ago and was immediately hooked. I think it’s a fantastic and beautiful form of movement that moves, strengthens and tones the whole human body. With the help of Anna Decker, I was able to learn the essence of this method in a training course lasting several months, which I would like to share with others!

What motivates you?

I have 3 children, and one of my main goals is to stay healthy and sporty for as long as possible. I believe that once someone tries New Pilates by AD, they will have the same positive experience that I had!

What can participants expect in your class?

I prepare for each class with traditional and unique AD specific Pilates exercises, rhythmic music, and the end result is a fun, full-body Pilates class that is invigorating and recharging!

Meet Veronika!

Sport has always been close to Veronika. As a child, she tried many sports: ballet, rhythmic gymnastics, basketball – all as a hobby, and later on she regularly took aerobics and step classes, round TRX training and spinning. After the birth of her children, she started running, mainly to tone her body, but later progressed to running marathons. Besides running, she found her second favourite form of exercise in Pilates, which stretches, strengthens, tones and shapes beautifully.
