I have been working with Anna since 2019 as her method teacher; I am the youngest in the teacher’s team with full of energy and dynamic impulse.
I am a NewPilates by AD teacher since 2019, I use to be one of Anna’s client and working on a completely different field, but I love the healthy life style, so I made my decision.

I’ve tried a lot of sports in my life, but none of them have had such impact on me as pilates. It was a life-changing moment. After my second pregnancy I wanted to get back in shape. The impact of pilates was dramatic and unique. I decided I wanted to help others feel the same way as me, to be the best versions of themselves.
I have been teaching Anna’s method since 2012. I’m her friend such a long time. We did many training together and I realised, how much I love pilates and also improve myself all the time.

I’m working with Anna as her method teacher since 2016. I get my diploma from the same university as Anna (Physical Education). Then I meet again with her, when she was already a pilates instructor and method creator.
I love to teach people, my classes are very relaxed, but still hard.

We have been studying and working together with Anna since 2006 in the pilates field. This is already a history! We inspire and help each other so well.
Join us to release stress from the body and mind with the help of various types of streching techniques. We're gonna massage and breathe through the whole body, this way creating a deeper connection to our true selves. The class is also gonna include relaxation, breathing and mindfulness techniques. You don't have to be an experienced yogi to take part, all levels are welcomed :)
