The DotsDiet savoury soup shake can be enriched by adding soup pearls, croutons, grated cheese or toasted seeds, or even sprinkle with crisps and puffed rice. If you leave the sweet DotsDiet drink to stand for a few minutes, it will thicken and turn into a delicious pudding. Top with fruit or seeds and you’re ready for a healthy breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner.
Our tip: DotsDiet savoury soup shake can be made into a dipping sauce or pasta sauce by adding 1 dl of 10% cream. The sweet shake can also be eaten hot in winter as a fantastic winter treat!
You can further support the weight loss and cleansing process with active exercise, massage and sauna.
