What's your New Pilates by AD story?

Sport has always been an important part of my life. Over the years, I’ve tried many forms of exercise, but due to injuries, I had to stop a few years ago. Even so, I never gave up looking for a type of movement that protects my joints while still giving me a full-body workout. That’s when I discovered New Pilates by AD. Anna Decker, the creator of the method, showed me that “there is life after injury,” and I’m truly grateful for that to this day. After trying New Pilates by AD, I became hooked, and now I want to pass it on because I truly recommend it to anyone, regardless of age or gender.

What motivates you?

I believe that in today’s stressful and sedentary world, exercise has become more important than ever to help us stay balanced physically and mentally. Thanks to the versatile New Pilates by AD method, everyone can find exercises that make them feel better and become part of a community united by shared goals.

What can participants expect in your class?

The joy of movement, improved well-being, a sense of rejuvenation, and my undivided attention. But alongside all that, you’ll also explore and challenge your limits.

Meet Ildikó!

Sport has been an essential part of Ildikó’s life since childhood. At the age of 9, she discovered the world of horses and began riding.

For the past 13 years, she has also been teaching horse riding. Along the way, she tried aerobics, boxing, and spent several years doing CrossFit. Unfortunately, a serious health challenge and multiple injuries forced her to stop for a while. After recovering, she set out to find a type of exercise that she could continue safely while reconnecting with herself – and that’s what New Pilates by AD gave her.
