I’ve been a part of the New Pilates by AD family for three years now. The classes led by Anna Decker and the other instructors have brought me countless experiences and so much love during this time. Throughout my life and career, I’ve often taught young people, so I knew that teaching my favorite sport, pilates, would be both a great joy and a challenge for me. This inspired me to complete Anna Decker’s official instructor training and become a pilates instructor myself.
What motivates you?
The unique feeling that pilates brings and the continuous development of the body are my constant sources of motivation. I want to share this experience and knowledge with others because I believe that together, we can achieve our goals more easily, whether it’s strengthening the body and muscles or simply enjoying the joy of movement.
What can participants expect in your class?
I warmly welcome you to my classes if you’re looking for an enjoyable, dynamic, and intense workout. Alongside traditional pilates exercises, I place special emphasis on incorporating various cardio and endurance-building, dynamic elements. It’s important to me that a pilates session not only provides physical but also mental rejuvenation and relaxation. My goal is for my guests to leave the class pleasantly tired, both physically and mentally, yet filled with positive energy.
Enikő has been passionate about sports since childhood and spends much of her time outdoors. She completed her university studies in Canada, where she became familiar with classic North American sports. She discovered the world of pilates in 2021 and was immediately captivated by it. Pilates has since become an essential part of her life. In 2023, she officially began her instructor training with Anna Decker and has been leading classes ever since at the New Pilates by AD – Decker Anna studio.
