What's your New Pilates by AD story?

At the gentle encouragement of my partner and the mother of one of my little girl’s classmates, Krebsz Kata – better known as Katie (Master Instructor at New Pilates by AD) – I attended a New Pilates by AD class. I was captivated by the precise, well-designed flow and dynamism of the movements, unlike anything I had experienced before. Emboldened by this, I immediately signed up for the instructor training programme that had just begun. And, as the saying goes in stories with a happy ending: the rest is history…

What motivates you?

The vibrant world of diverse forms of movement. I believe it is important to tap into the potential of the human body, as this not only preserves health but also actively promotes it.

What can participants expect in your class?

I am quite a playful person, but when needed, I can be disciplined. This dual mood characterises my teaching method because true progress requires the precise execution of exercises, all while maintaining a cheerful atmosphere.

„The beginning of learning is teaching. I want to learn from you so I can teach it to everyone.”

Meet David!

David is a father of two and has been a certified Kriston Intimate Gymnastics instructor since 2011. Throughout his life, he has explored countless forms of physical activity. As a child, he practiced judo at KSI, and later, as a member—and eventually board member—of the Zugló Pedagogical Sports Club, he regularly went on hiking and cycling trips, as well as participated in rowing tours. He learned paragliding from Béla Gábor Pálfi, trampoline jumping from Károly Némedi, and under the supervision of Jenő Kiss, he explored the Szemlőhegy Cave as a member of the SZIKKTI SE. For a time, he hiked the highest peaks of neighboring countries and also enjoys snowboarding. He loves music, is always humming something, and enjoys tongue-twisting poems. Currently, he’s one of the newest instructors at New Pilates by AD, where he leads fun and varied classes for both children and adults.
