What's your New Pilates by AD story?

I first encountered Pilates as a form of exercise in 2021. I was completely captivated, and it became clear that I wanted not only to participate but also to share my love for Pilates with others. Through social media, I found Anna and her unique method, and from that point, it was obvious that I wanted to become a New Pilates by AD instructor under her guidance.

What motivates you?

While practicing New Pilates by AD, I experience satisfying physical exertion, enhanced body awareness, improved concentration, and mental rejuvenation – which is why I joyfully step into the studio every day.

What can participants expect in your class?

I enhance and add excitement to the exercises with various New Pilates by AD tools. My clients receive personalized attention, and I place significant emphasis on the correct execution of each exercise.

Meet Anna!

Anna discovered Pilates a few years ago and experienced firsthand how it not only benefits the body but also nurtures the soul, helping with relaxation and focus. She became more engaged with sports during her university years and has tried various types of exercise over time, but truly found herself in the New Pilates by AD method. Alongside instructor training, running also became a regular part of her life. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being in nature, and exploring new places.
