As an aerobics and fitness competitor, I have travelled all over the world, as Miss Fitness I was European Champion and World Champion runner-up. I discovered Pilates after having my second child, but I missed the dynamic movements, the swings and the standing exercises – and that’s how the NewPilates by AD method was born.
My motto: The workout that gives your body the maximum satisfaction is the one you enjoy doing.
The method
Traditional Pilates - but not. Our classes combine floor exercises and movements on reformer machines with cardio elements. The result: better stamina, toned muscles and balance - in body and mind.
Unique machines
Each of our machines is a unique development.
They allow you to perform more exciting and effective exercises than the well-known Pilates machines. Our machines are designed to be expandable and versatile, so that everyone can find a range of movements that they are comfortable with.
