Veronika has always loved sports, so after the birth of her son, she started training again and decided to turn her passion into a profession. She wanted to use her own journey to help other women regain their shape after giving birth. Having previously taught in another field, she brings great energy, patience, and cheerful approachability to her classes—even for those attending their very first workout!
She’s a big fan of spinning and bodyweight training, but when she first tried Pilates, she instantly knew it would become a true passion—one she wanted to master as an instructor too. Pilates offers a level of flexibility and a feminine, lean physique that many women dream of, and on top of that, it delivers visible results very quickly.
