What's your New Pilates by AD story?

I recently came across the New Pilates by AD method for the first time, and it immediately captivated me because it offers exactly what I look for in a workout: challenge, strength development, coordination, and mobility. As an active athlete, I found Pilates to be the perfect complement to my routine. The control and mindfulness I experience during the sessions help me perform better in other sports, all while continuously improving my body and self-awareness.

What motivates you?

Sport has given me so much, which is why I feel it’s my mission to guide others towards regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle. I want as many people as possible to discover this path and experience the positive energy and satisfaction that regular physical activity can bring.

What can participants expect in your class?

I welcome those who want to feel like they’ve “given their all” by the end of every session – but in the best possible way! :) My workouts are dynamic, spiced with creative exercises and stretches, ensuring both a challenge and physical and mental rejuvenation.

Meet Karolina!

Karolina has always loved being active – she started with swimming and horse riding, then discovered kickboxing, where she competes and has been working as a coach for a few years. As a supplementary activity, she includes gym workouts in her routine, and daily walks with her dogs are a must. She also enjoys travelling and hiking.
On the other hand, she works as a graphic designer, which unfortunately involves a lot of sitting. To address the back and neck problems caused by this, she was always searching for solutions, and the New Pilates by AD method has been a great help for her. It improves posture, strengthens deep back muscles, and offers exercises that allow her to stay active and move effectively throughout the day.
