As a child, Andrea swam for nearly ten years, which instilled in her a love and appreciation for sports. At the age of 20, she encountered Pilates for the first time and was immediately captivated by its many beneficial effects. Since then, she has explored various forms of exercise but always found her way back to Pilates.
With four kids, her family life is constantly in motion, but she firmly believes in the importance of setting a good example as a parent. She dedicates significant energy to passing on the dedication of teaching and the persistence needed for an active lifestyle.
