Personal growth and movement are both key for me, so over the years, I’ve tried various forms of exercise. Each type of movement had unique effects on my fitness, but New Pilates by AD is the first that combines these. It’s a functional, comprehensive exercise that effectively builds endurance, coordination, and muscle strength.
What motivates you?
Sports have a positive impact on all areas of life. Momentum, perseverance, and strength are qualities we always need to move forward in life. The New Pilates by AD method encompasses all of these, and Anna Decker’s kindness and motivation are boundless, which had an incredible effect on me even during the instructor training.
What can participants expect in your class?
My classes are full of joy, positivity, energy, and variety. I warmly welcome anyone who wants to move, regardless of age, gender, or physical condition, as I give individual attention to everyone and tailor the class to each person. My goal is to see my clients satisfied and happy.
Fanni began swimming and playing tennis at the age of 6, competing in tennis for 10 years. At age 10, she earned her diving certification and explored the beauty of the underwater world with her parents in various countries. She loves discovering new places, hiking, and traveling. In 2019, she graduated with a degree in physiotherapy, which she continues to practice daily. Her goal is to share her love of movement and to find the right form of exercise for everyone.
