What's your New Pilates by AD story?

Since 2016, I’ve been working as a physiotherapist, which has given me exposure to various forms of movement and functional training types. From a physiotherapist’s perspective, those movement forms that develop muscle strength, coordination, flexibility, and posture while offering exciting and enjoyable challenges captivate me. It was the same with the New Pilates by AD method from the very first time, and Anna’s presence was a guarantee of professionalism and expertise for me.

What motivates you?

In my profession, as in all areas of life, I strive to bring out the best in myself and those around me. I believe that quality movement can recharge anyone physically, mentally, and emotionally. My goal is to introduce every client to the beauty of the New Pilates by AD method, improve their strength, posture, and flexibility, all while protecting their joints from harmful forces.

What can participants expect in your class?

Energy, creativity, constant challenges, and professionalism. I warmly welcome everyone who wants to build stronger, leaner, more flexible muscles, regardless of age, gender, or physical condition.
